poor construction

Problems out of the box

Upon opening the box I looked at a well crafted train. I then place it on the tracks and found out the left ditch light was not working. I took it back to Athearn and they said it will be 4 to 6 weeks before they can have it ready. So i'm waiting for the return of the SD45.
