Item falls off
The item fell off in the freezer. Not sure if it is the original as there was no outer cover just the labels. Do not look any better than standard address label's . Can not recommend this item.

Clamp not working
The clamp is not working on amps and Hz. Mostly no reading and when you get a reading it is all over the place. The probes work and give a good reading but I purchased this for the clamps. It is built well and is good quality.

Office 2010 Full Version DVD
Easy to load and run. I have deleted this in the past by mistake and with the DVD I have installed this back and will be able to do this again and again with the DVD. I really like this program as it is easy to use and has lots of variations. Would not have purchased a download as this can not be loaded without a DVD as is the problem I had in the past.
