They seem to be okay. Time will tell.
This bracket is not an exact replica of the originals. the jaws are smaller making it difficult to fit them to the rail and the screws that lock it to the track are not long enough to secure it firmly. It was possible however to use the old screws from the original broken brackets but it would be more convenient if the proper length screws were supplied. I have managed to replace the required number to the rail and have hung the curtains which seem to be fine. I shall now hope the repairs are permanent. As a retired engineer I often wonder why when companies make copies of old products they cannot make them to exactly the same dimensions. The cost of production should be the same.
