Works
I take at least 4, some times 5. Puts me in a very relaxed place. Does not put me to sleep. I’ve been reducing my ambien and this has really helped. Used this for 3 weeks in place of ambien. It was a difficult 3 weeks, but, without this it would have been a nightmare!

Great story
As a 63 year old southerner I had heard the verbal telling of this story a few times when I was young. It was a good read and you certainly understand how the south stood up to the USA for four long years. Tough people.
