Comfortable headset with high quality sound
High quality microphone sound with little or well suppressed popping. High quality sound on headphones. It's particularly good quality for on-ear headphones; the definition is good and it sounds like the audio has been digitally equalised to give a very smooth sound over the frequency range. They are unexpectedly good for listening to music, microphone can be moved out of the way. Headset is lightweight. Using an adaptor, the USB-C connector can also be used to plug into into USB 2 socket on a laptop.

CTIA wired headset adaptor splitter
It's an expensive split er cable. But the plugs and sockets are good quality.
The biggest problem with these split er cables sold on e b a y is that the supplier doesn't specify whether it's O M T P or C T I A wired. This particular one is C T I A. E b a y have a page of advice on this but I am not allowed to post the URL.

won't work with basic electret microphones
Wired correctly for Moto android but not suitable for mono microphones wired with just Tip and Ring. Had to chop off line socket and replace with stereo mic line socket to use basic electret microphone.
