Good if a bit pricey
The product produces a showroom shine on the second application. Worth buying an appropriate applicator sponge though.
A bit on the expensive side but with care should last a good while

'A learning curve'
It's early days with this device and I need to get to know it. My first use was on a whole chicken on a kamado grill. The probe indicated a cooked chicken at 165 degrees after only 15 mins. Obviously this was wrong and I somehow must have misplaced the probe.
There is an annoyingly loud alarm goes off if the wireless connection is lost and this happened too often for my liking.
