Best recipes from every area, including breads and treats, all with carb counts!
Exactly what i was hoping for. Best bread machine recipe, muffins and tonnes of meals from a bunch of highly selected recipes along with her own. Its a staple for low carb cooking, no matter what your purpose is. All carb counts are listed in total with fibre and net carbs for recipes. A must for new low carbers, it makes life liveable again.
