Unlike pills, it is easier to take.
I have been using this product since I was in my 50's and it seems to be helpful, although I
was not experiencing any joint discomfort then. I am now in my 70's and it still feel the same.
I cannot truly say "this product is the reason" or my DNA is responsible. I take it for prevention and hope I am not wasting money.
