Water Heater Camco Part 11572 5/8" Outside Diameter Anode Rod aluminum 42" Long

ODOR GONE

Have well water w/ water softener and had replaced water heater...had "that odor problem" on hot water side..replaced it w/aluminum one...it's in basement...had to cut (hack saw)a couple inches of it because of height issues..and had to play a bit getting the old one out....standard 1 1/8" socket w/16 - 18" breaker bar did the trick......see how to's on youtube...after drainng some..add 1/2 to 1 cup of bleach,,to eliminate odor and kill bacteria...(weeks later) the aluminum rod fixed problem...recommendation...take out faucet screens..b-4 turning water back on.- will save time cleaning afterwards..some sediment will come thru.......

Good product...acts/looks like factory ....just one note..tailgate needs to be closed when installing ...

My girlfriend loves it

Yes she does - she's a product person and absolutely has to have this....using it for her hands.... she is a nurse and hand washing is very often...at home -it's soothing and very pleasant smelling.. it's her relief!!.
