Didnt lower much
The one setting actually raise the bike and the other lowered it only about an inch cheap quality just spend the few extra bucks

Damaged products folded bumper to fit in box
The warehouse that must have shipped it folded the bumper to fit it in a smaller box.. ruined the bumper also fender came bent
