Works well for older Crate tube amp head that has one stereo jack for the effects loop instead of two separate jacks.

3 times the string, almost half the price.

This strings are better than elixirs for almost half the price. I think that elixirs are somewhat dull sounding. These strings feel and sound very close to non coated strings.

This pickup sounds great in my Partscaster!

This pickup is an incredible value. The dollars to tone ratio is unbelievable! I pulled a Dragonfire vintage style pickup out of my Tele and swapped it for this 62 custom pickup. It made a world of difference. The dragonfire was thin and didn't have much tone. This Fender pickup made my cheap parts guitar sound like a real Tele. Don't take this review as me saying that dragonfire is inferior. They make some very high quality pickups and I'm still using their area 52 in the neck position and I like it very much. But this fender pickup is vastly superior to what I was using before. Honestly it's kind of hard to believe that a pickup at this price point is made in the USA. The tone is definitely there though. I definitely recommend this product. *****
