Just what I needed
These are used on old camcorders. Glad that they are still available.

It worked, but it wasn't easy.
There were several issues with the installation, but it is working now!
1) I needed to purchase quality C-clip removal / installation tools. (cheap ones won't work). I purchased:
KNIPEX 9 in. External Straight Precision Circlip Pliers (large clip)
KNIPEX 7-1/4 in. External Straight Precision Circlip Pliers (small clip)
2) There was still an issue with installing the larger C-clip. I wire brushed everything and still had to file the paint off the backplate of the new part and it gave enough room to install the C-clip. Extremely tight tolerance.
3) The electrical connector did not mate correctly with the connector on my car. I had to trim the guide off one side. It did lock when I got it installed.
4) I used both the (2) old and (2) new spacers to give enough clearance for the clutch not to touch the plate when not engaged.
5) The old clutch assembly was disintegrating and the black dirt and goo was truly amazing.
