  Cuffs were dirty and there was a small home in the coat. Yes, it was cheap, but this was not mentioned in the description. Contacted seller and was told it wasn’t really examined, just thrown in the box to ship. (But pictures were taken of it?????). I was told “What did you expect for $5?” Was told I could ship it back, but I needed it for a trip, so used it and donated at end.
