Ebay has a lot of honest sellers where you can buy items at a lower price than from major retailers. It's a hit or miss and sometimes it pours. Shop more frequently so you won't miss a deal and when you do find it "buy it now"'. I never bid a price unless I have to. Using PayPal to make your purchases with will give you peace of mind. I am a repeat customer to some of the sellers on ebay and I have no worries about the orders I receive from them. Be sure to leave positive reviews because it reflects back on you as a buyer.

Best single soldier Iron that I have used.
I have paid more for less Quality soldier Irons. This one is best because of the temperature adjustment dial. I have used it about 5 times and it still works great. Keep the hot tip wiped clean with a damp sponge during and after soldiering that will help prolong it.

More transparency in the sound.
I installed these NOS tubes in the V1 pre amp sockets in 2 of my all tube amps. They sound wonderful. they sound like the guitar recordings from that era. Transparency. The new tubes manufactured today lack what these NOS have. they were made better back in the day. I am glad I bought them. If you get any more like these please let me know. I will buy them again.
