Works for 8 speed Shimano groups.
Had a hard time finding replacement pulleys for my 8 speed Shimano group. These fit perfectly!

Great cleat system made better!
As a longtime Speedplay user one thing that was not ideal was the lifespan of the cleats. Any amount of minimal road contact, such as at stop lights, would scratch and damage the cleat surface eventually prematurely aging the cleat. With the aero walkable cleat both safety as well as cleat life has been extended.
