Well worth it!!
Pleasantly surprised by this pickup! Very beefy. Reminds me of the original fender 62 replacement pickup.

Snark is better
Tunes fine but it's too easy to upset default settings. You're better off with a snark imo. Snark is easier to power on/off.

1 von 1 finden das hilfreich I think this bass would be great for playing Tool, Metallica or maybe Guns 'n Roses and you probably wouldn't even need an overdrive pedal, but for other stuff, I think the pre-amp is too hot. I love the slap setting for slap, but if you play finger style on the slap setting, the g-string is way too weak. It's still weak on the finger setting, but if you roll to the neck pick-up it helps even out the tone across the fretboard. That said, you loose low-end on the finger setting and if you turn the bass-boost knob up, it gets extremely boomy.
