The Sony Extra Bass SRS-XB23
The Sony Extra Bass SRS-XB23 projects sound well and has a decent wireless range of about 20 feet. My main reason for purchasing it was to amplify the sound of my PC and to have the freedom to move about the house without carrying the PC to hear it. The "extra bass" is not a high definition sound quality. At times it sounds muffled like in an echo chamber and the high end tends to be lost. However, this effect can be corrected fairly well with equalizer software as it will allow you to increase the brighter end of the sound spectrum and lower the bass end to your satisfaction. The speaker's then sounds very good and is pretty powerful. Overall I am pleased with this speaker. It is serving its purpose well.

Adequate, required some adjustments.
Proved a bit difficult initially. The battery kept failing to make full contact internally. After, some adjusts, item worked as it should. Still requires occasional adjust.
