The item came as described, in it's box and I would bet it has never been used. Despite the description two critical screws were missing. The seller was very courteous and said he would contact the original owner about finding them, but I didn't hear back so I assume it came to nothing. Unfortunately having to replace those screws meant I paid more for the item than if I'd bought new retail.

Lighter weight and quieter than older model. Still not a lightweight but great suction and marvelous ability to capture dirt next to walls.
