Don't bother buying this product!
1 von 1 finden das hilfreich I wouldn't waste your time or money on this product. Used it as directed, along with diet and exercise, and I gained weight the first few weeks on the product. I feel NO appetite suppression. I also don't feel "jittery", so that's the best thing I have to say about this product.

1 von 1 finden das hilfreich Very detailed and complete breakdown of ketogenesis from the biochemical aspect all the way through practical applications in one's life, including the treatment of chronic illnesses and disorders. For those NOT in the sciences, the beginning can make your eyes glaze over discussing the Krebs Cycle, and all the amino acids, alcohols, and covalent bonds....but, still, it's explained with really impactful illustrations that can make it easier for anyone to understand! The last fourth of the book is dedicated to recipes. This book is an ENCYCLOPEDIA for those starting on their Keto journey and I would highly recommend it for those that are interested in really LEARNING about their body and how food is actually used as fuel!!
