Seller has issues with dispatch time and I am concerned about lack of communication, placed an order supposed to have received it within 4-5 days 10 days gone by no communication and refused refund saying it’s been dispatched yet no tracking details, eBay got involved and provided refund. Customers are key to your business and seller needs to understand this issue and communicate in transparent manner
