Acceptable but cheap price for a reason.

It is cheap so bear that in mind. It is tubular metal which will corrode from the inside no matter how much you paint the exterior but it should give years of service. My big caveat is quality control as mine had not been properly drilled for the bolts holding the wooden bracket. They suggested that I drill it out myself which is wholly unsatisfactory. The alternative was to return the whole trolley but that involved getting it all packed up again and posting it; not easy and a lot of bother. So it’s cheap and that carries a price in quality.
