Beautiful.
A beautiful album. It takes guts to put your innermost feelings out there and this is one of Elizabeth Fraser's most powerful moments. Brave and vulnerable lyrics reflecting some of what she was going through at the time, surrounded by wonderful and timeless music. It was a bit overlooked at the time by the British music papers, as they signed to a major record company after years on 4AD.
A fantastic record - highly recommended.
