Article was new, appropriately packaged.
I have been having problems with my HP 6970 All In One Printer. I purchased it in Germany, prior to moving back to the States. The printer uses HP 903 XL print cartridges. While visiting Germany this past summer, I purchased two sets of 903 XL. The black did not work. After much effort, I finally decided that the print head was the issue. The company from which I purchased the print head has been very supportive and knowledgeable.
