Crystal clear dash LCD display
Replaced the LCD in my 2005 Cayenne with this one. Relatively easy to install following youtube videos. Now I can see all the info in the display regardless of how hot the car gets. If your dash LCD display is barely visible, this one will replace it.

This device is exceeding my expectations
1 von 1 finden das hilfreich As a web admin, I have been able to perform all my daily tasks with this device using Continuum. Now, not all apps open in Continuum, but aside from having to use the phone itself (while in Continuum, connected to a monitor and keyboard, mouse), to connect to network shares to look up some files, everything else has worked flawlessly for me. The files from network shares can be thing can be solved by moving the common files to One Drive, for example, so it may not be such a big deal. I'd recommend to use the Microsoft Dock, though. You will probably experience some lag in cursor and typing movement with the wireless Continuum devices, especially if you use wireless keyboard and mouse. There has been none of that with the Microsoft Dock. Hope this helps your decision.

Being almost totally wireless is a good thing
1 von 1 finden das hilfreich So, the device does need to be plugged in to a wall socket to work. Now, I used it with a bluetooth mouse and keyboard, but that's apparently too many wireless connections for the phone (950 XL) to handle without some lag in cursor movement and typing. I would recommend to use the built-in full size USB 2.0 in the ScreenBeam to connect a keyboard (wired or wireless) and use the phone as a track pad (which it becomes automatically when connected). Other than that, it does work as described.
