  Listing says USPS delivery. Contacted seller and they replied considered completed. I chose this listing because it said USPS delivery and it was delivered by FED-EX , seller said it was my responsibility to take it up with FED-EX and USPS., umm no it isn't. Definitely the sellers responsibility. If the listing would have said either one could deliver, I would have not bought the item. I'm true blue to USPS.

  Customer requested USPS delivery, item sent via FedEx with endpoint delivery facilitated thru USPS as this was a faster shipping option based on my location.
