  My Mistake I ordered the wrong part. Received it and notified him immediately that I ordered the wrong part. It is unused in exact condition as I received it. Sorry for the trouble can I please return it. He denied my return request and would not even reply to me. Again I replied that i could not use this part. I ordered the wrong part and would he please allow me to return it. I apologized for his inconvenience and asked that i could wait for him to inspect it before crediting me but no reply.

  Add said was tested by a technician and is in working condition but was faulty and didn't work at all, asked for a refund but was only offered less than half of what was paid. The add said no refunds but I wouldn't have bought the item if I knew it was not working though the add said it was. Not a good practice to sell bad stuff. Would not buy from this seller again.
