Versatile DVD / CD / HDCD player
2 von 2 finden das hilfreich The Pioneer Elite is a top quality line of products and the DV-46AV is one of their most versatile players. I researched the features of many CD players before making a purchase and found the Pioneer Elite to have the most features in one unit at the best price. Why buy several different units when you can get a DVD, CD, and HDCD player all in one and in a qualty unit at that. You may pay a little more for the initial purchase but you only have to buy one piece of equipment. The build quality is excellent and the unit is compact. Plus, buying on Ebay gave me the best price I've seen for a new unit at retail.

Great insight into the floating world of the Geisha
The image of the geisha has been tarnished through the years and often taken to mean nothing more than a prostitute but this film goes deeper into the real lives and meaning of the ancient art of these entertainers. Fact based and very well acted, I highly recommend this culturally and historically accurate movie.

Classic western with stellar cast!!!!!!!!!!!
1 von 1 finden das hilfreich One of the finest westerns ever made with a superb cast of well known actors. The story is actually based on an older Japanese story about seven samurai who avenge their master's death. The story is similar in nature and outcome. The new remastered film is very good and a classic that can be watched for many years to come. For well acted westerns I also recommend "The Wild Bunch", and "The Professionals." Three of the most well made westerns from the past.
