Do it yourself and save with this part
Got the job done. I thought I had a problem at first when water would only dribble out of the hot side. Then I did something dangerous I started to think. If this is a pressure balancer and I have the cold water line turned off, maybe it is trying to adjust for the flow. I was right, just as soon as I turned on the cold it worked fine. The lesson is DON'T MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE.
