OEM and straightforward install. You'll wish you had smaller hands.
This is my third OEM footwell lighting kit install and they never really get any easier. I suggest removing your glove box and having a snake tape to feed the wiring, which will be tight. You won't expect all of the wiring to fit inside the center console once you wire up the center console light, but it will. All parts are plug and play because of its OEM-ness. I installed on a WRX (2013 GR) and the bolts lined up perfectly. You'll want to use tape to line up the washers and nuts. The red is a nice complement to the dash gauges.
