  Ordered a rod and was told it would arrive within a month, 2 days before my trip I sent a message and was told they had family issues which is understandable. I asked if I could have it within another month for my next trip and was told it would be here and same results(no rod). Asked multiple times if the rod had been started on with no response. Communication could be better. Just went ahead and requested a refund. Was looking forward to trying the rod but will go another route. D-

  Can't apologize enough. We have had two major deaths in our family in less than 3 months and we had a family situation that was unprecedented. Sorry that a negative was needed. I emailed you to let you know after I came back from being with my family after my sisters death. It was just too late. Jim & Judy McCoy

  Asked to do a tropical thunder color scheme instead of the red white and blue color scheme on a 130lb - unlimited rod. The answer was yes. Paid for the rod and had in just a months time. Second rod bought from this gentleman. Can not say anything negative about the seller at all. Pleasure to do business with.
