Did as described on the label at a good price, hard to beat for value for money. Even comes with sock to cover mic.
Tested out item with my sony android smart phone, used it to record via headset input on phone and got excellent result. Adapter connecting wires are an ideal length approximately 1.5" to 2" long, to work it ot in cm x by 2.54.

Excellent quality for the price, easily stored in your pocket.
Tested mic with three different recorders and no problems at all, for the price of the mic quality was very good. Mic comes with a wind sock which is ideal when I connect up to my smart phone when I'm out on my ebike. Quality of cord and 3.5mm connector plus mic head all verygood.

Much cheaper than buying a new machine. Time will tell.
Installed in my washing machine about two weeks ago and I've done four full loads of washing and absolutely no problems so far. Cannot complain as machine is now twelve years old.
