Just a key and only a key!!
The purchase was quick as usual, the email with the Key took a few hours, but when I tried to ask about a problem, 2 different emails, i got absolutely NO response. I did finally download the iso file, but it took several attempts.
You get what you pay for, a Key, you don't pay for support and you don't get any.

Nice design, Great light, a Must Buy!!
Great looking light, it really dressed up the room, so well in fact, we ordered more and put them in every downstairs room, and hallway. We used LED bulbs, a few on dimmers and they work great!!! Very easy to install, everything needed is in the box, just be careful of sharp edges, they'll get you real quick.
