Proven tool
I had the same one for 12 years. Used it extensively and finally died. I did have to fix the connection 2 times where power cord connects and replace the allenhead bolt. Easy fix and cheap. Would have bought a newer one.but this one was never used and I ready had $100+ of older style blades and attachments. So proven tool and good price. So far have already used this one for a couple of hours and working fine and like old one doesn't big down, but does vibrate probably more than newer models. Rarely was that an issue for me.

Works, but
The dimmer works, but even with regular incandescent bulbs it makes a high pitched noise. I have not yet tried it with LED's, but think it will have the same or a louder noise. I have no idea about the longevity.
