Works as it is described and I like it!
I had the Stay or Go Stainless steel system with pot or cup type dispensers for years. I was happy with that even though the SS carafe caused some spillage unless you were very careful when pouring. So when that finally bit the dust I decided to replace the system with this one. I usually would use single cup servings with the previous Stay n Go. So I will also use this one that way most of the time.
I have been using this for a month or so now and am quite satisfied with it. It never gives that burnt taste if you leave the coffee warming. This is nicer than what I had before because if I forget to pour my coffee when it is done it is still fine after sitting for a while.

Every button is programmable and can learn any function
These are only available used which is a shame. Like many products they are replaced by newer models. I have owned one of these for several years and decided to buy a backup unit just to keep on hand or use in one of my bedrooms. The thing that makes these so nice is the learning function. Even if there is no automatic code for the device you want to control all you need is the factory remote that came with the component. With the learning feature you just point the 2 remotes at each other push the button you want to learn a function on the Sony RM-VL900 then push the button on the components remote and that function is learned. Many universal remotes have the learning function, but what is so nice about the Sony is that virtually EVERY button on the remote can be programmed to do whatever you want.

Works great with Straight Talk and more affordable now.
1 von 1 finden das hilfreich I wanted to upgrade from my unlocked S3 i9300 I used with Straight Talk. I loved the i9300 but it could only get 3G bands. I like the S 4 I337 a lot. It gets LTE with Straight Talk. I was worried that it might be hard to update the Android OS to Kitkat 4.4, but turns out it was very easy. I simply inserted my Straight Talk card and before changing APN settings I went to settings and clicked check for updates, update showed up and installed fine. Going from the S3 to the S4 is not a huge upgrade, but for me it was worth it. I wanted to stick with a Samsung phone because I also use the Galaxy Gear 2 Smartwatch. These 2 work great together. I answer and make calls from my wrist, pretty cool!
I love the newest tech but over the years I have learned it is usually more economical not to buy the latest. Hence my decision to go with the S4 at a few hundred dollars less than the S5.
This ATT model does come with a fair share of Bloatware. For me I simply have turned off some of the ATT apps I don't want or need. The apps are still there, but not running in the background anymore.
