Sturdy,
2 von 2 finden das hilfreich Walk or run on this well built treadmill. It is nice and smooth and the adjustable magnetic resistance works great. I expect that this treadmill will last us a long time. I researched the bearings and see that they are common bearings. Can get 10 of them for under fifteen dollars on eBay. So if those wear out it won't be a problem. (not really expecting problems there but from reading reviews on manual treadmills the bearings giving out seem to be a possibility. I am a mechanic so that wouldn't be a stretch for me.) It is simple to use - just get on and start walking or running. It is best to hang onto the handles but possible to let go if you get a steady pace going. I recommend this one.
