Having habits are like breathing air- even if you aren’t aware, you are doing it!
3 von 3 finden das hilfreich Great book, filled with stories of habit that keep you interested as compared to self help books which don’t really hold my interest as much. Easy read, I would recommend.

It’s a book about long term consequences to decisions made today
This is exactly as advertised. Good book (have only read the first chapter but very excited to finish) so I can’t give a review on the book itself just yet. Product came in good quality. Looking forward to finishing this book soon!

Wouldn’t recommend
The bottle cap didn’t really work. It’s not angled properly to open typical bottle caps in the US. If it’s not functional, why bother purchasing?
