Great idea for those of us trying to manage our sweet tooth!
The recipes are lovely and on the traditional side which I like. Recipes are scaled to provide small servings, but the only small pans I needed were the 6-inch springform pans. (For example - bake an 8-inch square cake, cut in half and stack the layers to make a small 2 layer cake.) Lovely gift for a bridal shower along with one of the pans called for in the book.
