  The buyer was more than patient with the process. There were issues with wood quality (had to pickup new wood and remake to ensure customer received quality item), weather, and shipping (tried fed ex as opposed to usps that we usually use to get the item there faster). Overall I’m grateful to have had such a kind customer because not just anyone would have been so understanding. We’ve not had issues like these in such a cluster before, and the holidays can be so stressful, anyway. Huge thank you
