Good for beginners
Although there are a couple hundred patterns in this book it has a lot of patterns that other books have. There are a few unique patterns that are interesting. I thought this book was a full size book 9x11 but it is a smaller book. Out of all the other pattern books out there I give it a 3.75 out of 5.

Great streamer neck
Whiting puts out a great product that’s why I don’t hesitate to bid on one when the price is right. The hackles on these necks are great for traditional streamer flies and well as other types. This neck had a lot of great hackles throughout. You usually can’t go wrong with Whiting
