IT is a great work out system
I have used this before I had ankle surgery and after it helps me loose the weight fast and safe. It shows you modifications on the exercises. Cons are that it is the same warm up and cool down in each DVD. But I got past that. I will state ounce you have finished the first eight 8 weeks repeat it or try the next level.
