Historical Value
This book is not only for those interested in American Indian design, but it has great value for the folk lore, legends and beliefs of our Native American tribes. It is filled with information on the different geographical regions of the continent, the migration of the many tribes, their crafts, and their way of life. I highly recommend it for anyone interested in the histories of our native people.

What a Lark!
This is the second Perfect Polly I've purchased. The first one is very much alive....I thought she had died, so immediately ordered another one, and then found out it was a faulty battery that was the cause of her dead pan expression. Now I have two! One sits in my antique cage in the living room, and greets everyone who enters. The other is in the guest bath and is just as vocal. Everyone wants to make fun of me for owning Perfect Polly, but after they see her, they want one too! She looks real except for the hole on her chest, which she couldn't sing without. So, if you want a parakeet with a personality, get Perfect Polly. Your friends will want to make fun of you, but in the long run, they will envy you.
