  Shipping was fast, laptop was packaged extremely well and protected from any bumps and mishaps. When I opened it, I thought it was a brand new laptop; seller's listing was just as stated but seeing it in person just blew all expectations away. It was in pristine condition. Price was the best.   Brand new T14 received exactly as described. Lenovo seal was still intact on box. Windows 10 (not 11) preinstalled as the listing stated, which is what I was looking for. I verified the remaining warranty period using the serial number and it matched what the seller claimed. Great seller, all details in listing were accurate, would definitely do business again. A+

  I was apprehensive at first because I had never used this vendor before but eBay showed this vendor had been in business for quite a while qnd had 5.0 ratings.Vendor does not accept returns. Because I had a good experience with buying a used Thinkpad T420, I decided to get something like that again that could run WIN 11. Not expected to do gaming with it. Very happy with purchase: Got it within 3 days, very well packed in bubble wrap, PC looks new, no issues setting it up and installing apps.
