Lightweight because it is mostly a plastic hanger.
The base plate and the lugs do not have any steel inside (checked with magnet), it is all plastic part that is bolted to your structure. The eyelets do have some steel encased in a heavy coating of plastic. I returned my order, and suggest that you do not buy this poorly designed porch hanger. It may be sturdy for a year or two but the sun's ultraviolet rays will destroy this hanger if used outdoors.

Reliable, Great Value & Free Shipping
The AB 1250 Universal Battery 12v 5Ah have been reliable SLA batteries. The batteries are an excellent price and then to have free shipping makes this a super buy. This is my new go to place for SLA battteries.

Heavy Duty Hangers
These hangers are made of solid steel and perform very well. I put some white lithium grease on the nylon bushing to keep it moving freely and noise free. These hangers are heavy duty for a heavily loaded swing like a 5'-6' wide porch swing. Be sure you anchor the hangers to a solid support because you may fail the support before failing this hanger. The largest size thru bolt the hanger will except is a 7/16" diameter bolt, I used 3/8" x 4.5" thru bolt to go through a 4x4 beam.
