It's pretty basic
The product is fine. It's a filter. Pretty basic.
It is necessary to use some common sense when installing as the directional arrow is pointing the wrong way. If I had my choice the USPS would never work in this town again. Two stickers on the front of the package stating "Do Not Bend" and "Fragile" resulted in someone doing just that. So the frame is broken. It fits tightly enough I can still use it so I'll try to find a service that uses Fedex or UPS. NOT USPS
