no quality control

The device arrived and did not work. I tested it with an ohm meter. I traced the fault to a broken ground line. The break was isolated to inside the USB 4 pin connector molder end. NOT the PCB board USB 9 pin soldered on end. Which means there were two opportunities to find the break in production quality control, and means they do not have any quality control testing at all. . The first opportunity was when they received the pig tail 4 pin USB molded ends to make the cables with. A simple continuity test would have revealed the connector was defective and no good to use and build the interface cable with. The second opportunity was after the 9 pin USB connector was soldered to the pig tail. A simple continuity test would have revealed the cord had no ground pin continuity from the USB 4 pin to the USB 9 pin connector. Clearly then , there is NO Quality control at all.
