Hi. I've been on eBay since 1998. Completed 100's of buys and sales on here over the first few years. Then for the next twenty or so, buy and sell just here and there, until the covid days came. Somewhere along the line my feedback rating was reset. Anyways, my story is that I over collected and am just trying to make some room as I go through all the various items. LMK if you're looking for anything in particular, and be sure to check out my other items. I sell a lot on a local free site and I've never gotten less than a positive review on here or from Marketplace and OfferUp. Looking forward to a smooth transaction where we are all happy.

    At first the seller communicated. I sent messages that one of the icicles came broken. I ordered 5 sets of 6 icicles, 2 sets of the icicles were compromised. Luckily only one icicle broke out of 30! The seller said the box was marked FRAGILE, true BUT Please note the DELICATE GLASS icicles were shipped with a thin layer of bubble wrap in a FLIMSY SALTINE CRACKER box…not a cardboard box! The cost of the icicle was only $2 & change. I assumed he was going to credit. I am ghosted now. Please!

    Hi. I;m sorry that one of the icicles broke. If I send you $3 will you please revise your negative rating? Like I had messaged you, there were FRAGILE stickers on every side of the box. Just days before you purchased this item I sold and shipped a similar lot of icicles in exactly the same manner and there were no issues with that one, To leave me a negative rating because I didn't prioritize a two dollars and change refund isn't very nice. Honestly you should have filed a claim with USPS.
