Great quality key ring clip

Great quality for the price
Good radio ear defenders with the usual peltor comfort and good noise defence. Radio works well with clear reception tuning is relatively easy with voice command which tells you which frequency you are on. Also comes supplied with jack lead which plugs the headphones into a standard phone/iPod socket. Doesn't eat the batteries either.

Good pull up/dip station
I was quite impressed with the build quality of this tower. I would put this somewhere in between budget brand and gym quality. Looks nice too, not sure how it compares to others of the same price, but there are many that are cheaper which don’t look quite as good.
