  I purchased a used thermostat from this seller. I asked the seller if this thermostat would work on a heat pump. The seller said he believed it would. It did not work properly. Tried reaching out just to see if I could return it, seeing that I had to pay a company to come install a new one. (The heating/air tech said the thermostat was faulty.) Communication with seller has been very unproductive. I rated one star as the product did arrive at my house.

  This thermostat was shipped in perfect working order. They stated they wired it up and it affected their heat pump. I cannot be responsible for a seller incorrectly wiring the heat pump incorrectly and potentially damaging the thermostat. I would have returned it if they wouldn't have wired it incorrectly I cannot be sure that they did not damage the product I sent them therefore I could not return the product.
