When I took it out of the box to wrap it, I noticed a small tear in the coat. I contacted the buyer and he/she claimed that it wasn’t there when she sent it. I wouldn’t have noticed it myself, but the stuffing started to show from where it was torn. They made no apologies nor did they want to take it back. I will NEVER buy from this seller again.
