It works
It does the job it's intended for. However the arms flex a little more then I would like to see . I have never used another one in this price range. It's packaged well. Comes in a nice case. For aluminum nut serts it's probably just fine. I feel with steel or stainless it would struggle 100%

waste of dough.
Not very durable. It is soft and breaks easily. I cam home to my pitbull with it laying next to her in 100s of pieces. Did not even last 24 hours.Not worth the savings.
